Why Support PHC?

Gabriola businesses, service clubs, churches and individuals who are at the heart of our funding support with over 55% of our total revenue coming from the Gabriola community and over 25% of that from individuals.


We rely on donations and volunteers to sustain our organization.  What is your buying power when you donate to PHC?  $20 a month ensures one person every month gets healthy nutritious food, $5 a month buys one person a bag of healthy food for a week. 
We have new people in need walking in our door every week.

Coastal Community Spirit Fund assists PHC with “Warming the Soul” project with a $5200 grant. This grant plus a generous donation from Sorrenti Catering will allow PHC to install the generator donated by Gabriola Community Hall/ The Fire Hall / GESS, install a new dishwasher and propane stove to ensure even when there are power outages, hot soups and warm smiles will still be available.
